The most useful bug report tells us which tool, which browser and version, what you clicked, and what happened instead of what you expected. Please do not attach the document. We do not want a copy of your file, and a description is almost always enough.
Requesting a tool
Tell us what you are actually trying to get done rather than the feature you think you need — the underlying job is usually more useful than the requested button, and sometimes there is already a way to do it.
