Why save Excel files as PDF
Spreadsheets are hard to read on phones and easy to change by accident. Converting to PDF freezes invoices, price lists, timesheets and financial statements exactly as they are, ready to email or print.
Each worksheet is converted in turn, and any print areas and page setup saved in the workbook are respected.
This tool converts your file on our server. It is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection, converted by LibreOffice, and deleted the moment the PDF is sent back to you — usually within seconds. We do not keep copies, and nobody looks at your documents. Very wide sheets are split across pages the way Excel would print them; set a print area or “fit to page” in Excel first if you want a specific layout.

How do I convert an Excel file to PDF?
Select the XLS, XLSX file, click Convert to PDF and download the result. There is no signup.
Is my file stored on your server?
No. It is uploaded over HTTPS, converted, and deleted in the same request, usually within seconds. We keep only a technical log line (file type, size and whether it worked), never the file or its contents.
Will the PDF look exactly like my Excel file?
Formatting, charts and number formats are preserved. Pages are laid out using the workbook's own print settings, so a sheet that prints across several pages in Excel will do the same here.
Is there a file size limit?
Files up to 50 MB can be converted. Very long or complex documents may time out; splitting them into parts helps.
Are all worksheets converted?
Yes. Every visible worksheet is included in the PDF, in order.
