Using the site
PDFVerge is provided free of charge for anyone to use. You do not need an account. By using the tools you agree to these terms.
Your files are your responsibility
Because processing happens on your device, you keep full control and full responsibility. Keep your original file until you have checked the result. We cannot recover anything, restore anything, or reproduce what your browser did, because none of it happens on our systems.
What you may not use it for
Do not use these tools to remove protections from documents you have no right to modify, to forge documents, or for anything unlawful where you are. The Unlock PDF tool clears permission restrictions on files that already open; whether you are entitled to do that with a particular document is your judgement and your liability.
No warranty
The tools are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. PDF is a large and messy format and some files behave unexpectedly. We do not guarantee that any tool will work on any particular document, or that output will be fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WebScare (Pvt.) Limited is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this site, including lost or corrupted documents. Your remedy is to stop using the site.
Third-party code
The tools use open source libraries, including pdf.js and pdf-lib, loaded from a public CDN. Those libraries are covered by their own licences.
